La Clare Farms goat cheese curds smothered in Tia Paquita chorizo tomato cream sauce over garlic crostini
The cheese curds were very good and unique. We both enjoyed these.
BUN THIT NUONG (VIETNAM)
Maple Creek Farms pork belly marinated and grilled, served over a Vietnamese rice noodle salad with Milaeger’s greens, roasted peanuts and a braised pork egg roll, served with a side of Nuoc Cham
Yum Yum Yum! One of our favorite. This portion was very generous.
WISCONSIN MEADOWS BRAISED VEAL (ITALY) G
Mothers Milk veal braised in red wine and tomatoes and served over caramelized carrot risotto
Very flavorful. Jeffrey particularly liked the risotto.
EMPANADAS (COLOMBIA) G
Savory fried pastry filled Maple Creek Farms smoked pork shoulder, Brightonwoods Orchard apples and local onion served with SA Braai citrus chutney
Jeffrey enjoyed these – Paige wasn’t found of these.
Rum and seltzer with muddled fresh mint, lime and sugar
We both agreed it was the best Mojito we’d ever had.

YUK YUK Yuk! Unless you want to get carried out after drinking this I highly recommend skipping it.

Paige didn’t like this. Jeffrey did. Wouldn’t order again.
Creme Brulee and Warm cheese with nuts and cranberries. We’d skip on dessert if we went next time. Neither of us seemed to enjoy them. The Creme Brulee was better.
We enjoyed our meal and had a good time. The food was good but if we had a choice between Odd Duck which is also a small plate restaurant, we’d go there. The restaurant was freezing and they never switched our dirty plates out as we got new dishes which I didn’t like. Also, they brought out two dishes at the same time. I like to savor each dish at a time – not get more than one.
Price: $94.00 without tip. We considered this to be a decent value for 4 plates of food, 4 specialty drinks, and 2 desserts.
